Mainstreet acquired this abandoned former Super K-Mart in the Independence Boulevard Corridor of East Charlotte. A complete renovation, rebranding and conversion to an office building was completed in order to take advantage of the favorable parking ratio and access to retail amenities in the region. Mainstreet secured Verizon as a tenant for 100,000 square feet of the building on a long-term net lease basis.
