Mainstreet Capital Partners is currently developing a 218-unit, ground-up multifamily community at Westlake Corporate Center in Tampa, Florida. The project will transform a 7.80-acre underutilized grass field at 8703 Corporate Lake Drive into a five-story, garden-style residential community. The development will offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, with 40% of units designated as affordable housing. The project will welcome its first residents in 2028.
